Are there any communal areas?
Yes. We offer dedicated communal areas designed for working and studying, so you can stay productive in a calm environment. Our lounge area is coming very soon and is being thoughtfully designed to provide maximum comfort, relaxation, and peace of mind.

Do the Pods include pillows and sheets?
Pillows and sheets are not included. However, we do sell pillows and bedding. You can ask our team for availability and pricing at any time.

Can I bring any family or friends to visit me?
Of course. You are welcome to receive visits from friends and family. Please be mindful of visiting hours and remember that this is a women only space, so overnight stays are not permitted.

Which is the closest train station?
J. Ruiz Station is the closest and is located less than a 5-minute walk from the residence.

Is there any closed circuit television (CCTV)?
Yes. We have CCTV installed at the entrance of the dormitory to ensure the safety, security, and peace of mind of all our tenants.

Is there options for short and long term stays?
The minimum stay is 6 months. From there, we are happy to work with you to find the option that best suits your needs.
